Snow & Ice Management
Stress-Free Winters
You have enough on your plate running a business, the last thing you need to worry about is snow and ice management. Keeping your parking lots, entrances and exits, and walkways clear of snow and ice is important to prevent slips and falls and minimize liability for your commercial property.
With three decades of keeping businesses operating normally during Michigan winters, we are fast and efficient and use the safest practices to remove snow and ice. We’ll keep a close eye on the weather to ensure your property is ready for upcoming weather and that snow and ice are promptly removed.
Getting on the Schedule
It’s never too early to get on our snow and ice management schedule to ensure a spot on our list and help us order enough materials for the season. Once you contact us, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting to map out your site and color code which areas to remove snow. Then, we’ll ensure your property is free of snow and ice so you can focus on your business.
State-of-the-Art Equipment
We pride ourselves in keeping our equipment well-maintained and ready to go at a moment’s notice. Using snow plows, trucks with front or back snowplows, skid-steers, snow pusher boxes, or tractors with snowblowers, we can quickly clear snow from your parking lots. For smaller areas, we use shovels, snow blowers, and four-wheelers.
De-Icing Material Options
Our professional team uses rock salt or sidewalk salt consistent with magnesium, chloride, or calcium chloride pellets. You can also choose from eco-friendly and pet-friendly options.
