What to Expect

Working with a business that’s been in business for over three decades means you’ll have a streamlined experience from start to finish.

Step 1: Contact Us

Whether you fill out a form or reach out via phone, this is the initial discovery contact that gets the ball rolling. We’ll ensure we’re a good fit for your project and consider factors including location, job type, scheduling, and pricing.

Step 2: Phone Consultation

If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your project in greater detail. During this conversation, we can answer any questions and schedule your on-site consultation.

Step 3: On-Site Consultation

A payment is required to secure an on-site consultation where a team member will meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas, concepts, material preferences, time frame, and pricing. We’ll take photos, measurements, and elevations to use for the design.

Step 4: Design

A payment is required to proceed to the design phase. This process generally takes about 2-6 weeks to complete, but once it’s done we will meet to review your design. This meeting may occur in person or via Zoom. 

Step 5: Finalize Contracts & Proposal

Once you’ve approved your final design, we’ll create a final quote for the project. After you approve the proposal, we’ll collect the down payment for your new outdoor living space or project. 

Step 6: Construction

Finally, the exciting part! Construction begins. Your project manager will update you frequently on the project status and answer any questions.
